Post op rehabilitation – Private/ACC
We provide physiotherapy services and rehabilitation for all post operative surgery. We work with a number of specialists in Christchurch and have excellent relationships with our referrers.
Work related injuries
ACC or Accredited Employer Programme Insurers
Our physiotherapists are able to treat all work-related injuries and can bill ACC or other AEP Insurers e.g. Gallagher Bassett, WellNZ, WorkAON. We are a primary care provider and can lodge a claim with ACC or your work insurer for you.
Non work ACC injuries
Hornby Physiotherapy Clinic provides physiotherapy services for all non-work ACC related injuries. We are a primary care provider and can lodge a claim with ACC for you.
Stay At Work Programme (ACC funded return to work programme)
Hornby Physiotherapy Clinic works with APM for our return to work programmes. We provide the gym-based rehabilitation for our clients who are off work. Our physiotherapists work closely with the Stay At Work provider to ensure the clients return to work following injury or surgery goes smoothly. We communicate regularly with the multidisciplinary team involved in the clients journey to full recovery.
