Post-op rehab
We provide physiotherapy services and rehabilitation for all post operative surgery. We work with a number of specialists in Christchurch and have excellent relationships with our referrers.
Canterbury Initiative
Hornby Physiotherapy works with the CDHB to provide physiotherapy services for people who have a chronic musculoskeletal condition that would benefit from physiotherapy and the condition is not covered by ACC. There are certain criteria to be eligible for this service and your GP must do the referral. If you have a Community Services Card and a musculoskeletal condition and you would like physiotherapy please contact your GP to discuss if a referral is appropriate for you.
